Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business* days following successful payment.
We use various shipping couriers depending on your location to ensure your package arrives safely.
If a reasonable courier is not available (i.e. for remote locations) we will reach out via email.
*1-3 additional business days may be required during high volume periods (Ex. Christmas)
Dark Crystal Cards does not claim responsibility for lost or damaged packages. In the event of loss or damage, Dark Crystal Cards will open a claim with the our carrier partners and any refund as a result of a lost or damaged shipment will be limited to the amount covered by the carrier.
In the event of damage in transit, please hold on to all packaging & product and send photos to darkcrystalcards@gmail.com You will be automatically be sent tracking information (if applicable) by email upon fulfillment of your order by Dark Crystal Cards.
We offer free shipping on orders of over $99 CAD before tax in Canada.
Tracking may take a few days to update, especially on out of province orders. Packages sent out on Friday tend to not update their tracking status online until the following Monday due to needing to be scanned.
